Terms & Conditions

By sending a deposit you agree to the below Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

A reminder that a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $100 is due upon submitting the deposit. The remaining amount is due BEFORE the Event starts. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours are provided. Reservations that have not been paid in full by this time will be CANCELLED. By sending a deposit you agree to the terms and conditions. Please read FULLY below our Terms and Conditions. This will serve as a contract for our services

EVENT SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Your event must provide adequate space for the Photo Booth (approximately 6’ deep x 6’ wide or 10’ deep x 10’ wide x 7' high with backdrop). We require one outlet with a minimum of 350 Watts to be within 10 feet of the photo booth. Wifi is recommended for all booth packages with options to text/email for faster delivery.

If the venue is to be held outdoors client understands the photo booth can be shut down at any time during the event due to inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, hail, or ice). If there is inclement weather and the photo booth has to be shut down, the event will be immediately canceled and the deposit will remain non-refundable. We suggest that the client have a contingency plan for outdoor events to prevent a possible shutdown due to inclement weather. A contingency plan for outdoor events, such as tents, pavilions, or indoor spaces. Please choose a location prior to the start time of the event, as set up and break down of the equipment will only be completed once. If the event date needs to change due to inclement weather, please refer to our Date Changes Terms and Conditions below.

DATES, CHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

We arrive 20-minutes or earlier before starting time to set up. We can possibly arrive up to an hour before depending on our schedule for an additional fee, please discuss with us your preference. You can add additional hours for a rate of $40/30-minutes. This is also subject to availability and additional time is not guaranteed. 

 

For a date change, you must notify us in writing at least five (5) days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the non-refundable reservation fee shall be forfeited and the event will be canceled. If the event is canceled for any reason within the seven-day time frame, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited. For extenuating circumstances, please provide us full detail of the circumstances for a prorated or full refund.

PRINTS & ONLINE GALLERY

All uploaded photos from the event hosted on our website may be deleted 30 days after the event. Due to storage videos and boomerangs may not be stored in the photo gallery. Photos uploaded on our website are unopen to the public. Photo albums can be password protected, please let us know in advance if you would prefer this option.

Photos may be used for promotional material unless the client asks us not to prior to the start of an event or immediately after. Promotional material may include but is not limited to social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat), print material (brochures, business cards), and other advertising content.

DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT

The Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment caused by: a) Any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by the Client or its guests (invited or uninvited) or b) Any theft or c) any disaster at venue location (including but not limited to fire, flood, rain, or earthquake).

 

The Client acknowledges the Provider shall have the right to decline service to the Client's guest (invited or uninvited), for misuse, or unruly behavior. We ask that all clients and event guests respect our staff!

DISCLAIMER

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, the Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. In the event Provider is unable to supply a working photo booth for at least 90% of the Service Period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. If no service is received, Provider's maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from the Client. The provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement
